I have purchased 5000g from them and its been well over 6 hours and i cant get any support!!! I would like some help or my money back! Please help me i feel like i just got scammed
GLD1623944947273932 that is my order number. I have not recieved anything even though it has said for hours now that the order is completed. I have ordered from here before and its been fine. This is not okay.

Hotel Rethymno Sunset 3 *, Crete, definitely does not correspond to a 3 * hotel, the tour operator must warn its customers about it. The rooms are not cleaned, so towels and bed linen are not changed throughout the week. No one will take out the trash, if it bothers you as a hotel resident, it will take you out. Warm water is extra that you can rarely count on. I am disappointed with Joy Tour, because there were no such problems when going on a trip with this tour operator for the last two years. In addition, the tours, which had to be purchased already in Australia, were 1/3 cheaper at the company Kalamaki, which served us in Crete, so we overpaid for the tour.
