I connected but Ideal world kept asking the same questions over and over again. What should have been a 3 minute call was turned into a 14 minute call. User’s recommendation: Use a local rate phone number not a premium rate one of 13p a minute plus providers charges on top of that.
I have only been sleeping on the octaspring mattress for about 5 weeks or less and it is lumpy and not returning to shape. I am seriously displeased. Also the price on channel I bought it on is £100 more expensive than another channel you advertise on User’s recommendation: Don’t buy octaspring.
