Poor service, fraud
The story is this - we have gone to Crete with our brothers and sisters, currently writing from a hotel. In the summer, we decided that we needed to go to Crete together in the autumn, because as a child we drove here. Through Keltravel we bought a trip, but it turns out they are collaborating with Joy Tour, who ruined us the whole trip. We got two nights to stay in another hotel, which was still livable, but when we were brought to the Iolida beach hotel, where we were supposed to have rooms by the sea and with a sea view, we were put in rooms furthest from the sea, my brother and wife's room is ok, but my girlfriend and I were given a room that looked like a basement and smelled of old rags. The joy tour of course doesn't matter at all,Thank God Agent Katerina tries to help us as much as she can from Australia and thanks to the girls at the hotel reception who still got us another room, even though the hotel is over booked. Never, I repeat, never go with the Joy Tour
