Money missing from my account

I was told two years ago that I could call any time and have my money reinstated. They deny this and will not review the call to see if they were incorrect. They say that even if my story was true, they would not credit my account. Worst company ever. User’s recommendation: Use something different.

"Non delivery of my products. About 30 percent of my orders are not being delivered. Drivers do not bother to make attempts to deliver packages. Terrible the way drivers say that I was not home."
