Inadequate service
Where did you find such couriers? Are there really no more decent people in Australia who could be hired? Twice we have had contact with Express mail and both times the order has been delivered by unkind and inadequate people. As well, this is the only institution where couriers call before delivery and asked the person to go out to receive the order. Shame! Something like this is probably only possible in public institutions, private ones definitely drive them out. I have had to deal with iExpress and Dhl services many times. Everything is always delivered correctly to the apartment door, with a smile and a correct, kind attitude. Next time, I'd better pay more for delivery and not damage my nerves when dealing with Express mail couriers.
