I still have no acct number Bill or due day since 4/10/2021. They told me call back one day before the 10th I can paybover the phone and they will waive the fee .

See above there’s nothing left to say They said it’s a busy season I still think it’s a poor business practice. Fax the paperwork to finance from the dealership the day of the sale. I bet they hold the paperwork to make a quota.

I traded my ven on 3/4/21, I had made a payment 3/3/21. the payoff amount the dealership sent did not include my payment. HMF owes me 611.32 it has been 8 weeks,they say they are 45 days behind.

It could be 4 months before I get my overpayment of $611.32. This is the 5th car I have financed with HMF(ALL my payments were on time) They give the most *** excuses. No one can get a phone number to HMF Corporate office. Also they are rude and don’t even care that this money is needed... Read more ➤
