Resolved: Promised delivery of a part that they took payment for and then lied repeatedly about reasons deliver didn’t happen.

Update by user Jul 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Jul 20, 2021 Finally after all this time after pleading with me not to use ghe bank, I finally did. 3 weeks later the money was refunded by Husqvarna in full. I wll never buy again... Slow delivery of parts

If I have to order parts for my lawn tractor from the local mower repair shop, I think a 2 or 3 day wait is reasonable. A 2 or 3 months wait, or more, is not. User’s recommendation: Buy a different brand like John Deere.

Company won’t honor their warranties on a TS348XD Lawn Tractor.

Lights quick working ,muffler has three cracks in it and emergency brake won’t hold. Took mower to an authorized dealer and was told by the dealer the company won’t honor their warranty. DO NOT, BUY FROM HUSQVARNA !! User’s recommendation: Buy at your own risk!
