Getting scammed

Humana pharmacy uses highly inflated drug prices to put customers in to their insurance coverage gap (donut hole). When I tried to refill my prescription for two inhalers while in coverage gap Humana quoted a price of $523 and if you walk in to any pharmacy in the Midwest without insurance it would cost you no more... Misrepresents items in OTC catalog

Humana OTC health and wellness products are misrepresented in their 2021 catalog. I ordered a blood pressure monitor by OMRON and they sent another brand in lieu of the one I ordered. They will not admit their mistake nor replace the item. Shame on Humana User’s recommendation: Humana dies bit admit their mistakes. SMH.
