Poor service
For the second time, I am having problems with Siltumserviss Riga. The first was in the fall before the start of the heating season, when I tried to call them for more than a month so that they would solve the problem with the radiators, because 2 of the 3 radiators in the apartment were warm and the 3rd Cold. Eventually, the problem was solved by itself, after several emails to the company. Now the second problem. I started running a towel rail in the bathroom. 20. 08. 2019 I called rnp, reported a problem. They recorded and said that they would pass the message to the heat service in Melbourne and they would contact me, as well as happened. At the end of the day (20. 08. 2019) I was called by a master and we talked for a specific time (13: 15 21. 08. 2019), because everyone is a working person and it is very difficult for everyone to find a free moment during the working day to solve the problem. I was home already at 13:10, 13:21 I called the master and asked where they were and when they would be. In response, I hear "I forgot, we'll be in an hour. " Then I stayed angry and not quite kind, as a result they told me in 15-20 minutes will be. So it was, after 15 minutes they were on the spot. I told them about the problem, to which the masters replied to me "it was dripping because the hot water had been switched off yesterday until it drips next time". Cool answer, right? As a result, they repackaged me at both ends of the towel rail because they only wanted to do it from one end in the beginning.
