Poor service
On November 25, 18:00 at 13:00 I entered Costa Coffee Blaumaņa Street. There were 2 people before me. It was my turn and I ordered a big cappuccino with soy milk. The coffee was taken away so I stood and waited for the coffee at the serving place. After 15min I complain that my coffee is not ready but the people who were on it have long been away. I asked where my coffee, a woman (with glasses, brown hair and a colon) to whom I ordered said what? What kind of coffee? I said there was a big lactose-free cappuccino. Interrogator or coconut milk. -No, soybeans. - What please? - Soybeans! When coffee was in the process. Ask if you need to sprinkle cinnamon or chocolate. -cinnamon! - Don't need cinnamon? - Cinnamon will be needed. If a person works in the service sector, you should hear what the customer is saying to you. For the first time in my life, I waited 25 minutes for coffee!
