Last week I visited my aunt, who lives and spends her old age in a social house on Meldru Street 58. I am very shocked and amazed at this building by its managers, the Samaritan's Association. Corridors dark, dirty. As far as I know, funds are received for the maintenance of this house. The living conditions are not the best and if a person is on the 4th floor then getting out is not possible...
