Terrorism of landlords
Landlords in the countryside for 150 dollars per month plus utilities, including 20 dollars for management. As soon as the landlord is asked to do something to improve the house (we do not require cosmetic repairs or where it is our fault) the landlord hysterically starts shouting and humiliating. So why pay a management fee so high every month when the landlord doesn't really do anything to keep the house and the neighborhood managed, but expects everything from us? We don't even go out when the landlord arrives, because I'm afraid of the landlord, because he doesn't listen and blames us for everything, even where we are not guilty, and terrorizes us. He came in without knocking, one day, and just yelled at me and thoroughly humiliated me in front of my little children. I also said that we would do cosmetic repairs, but no more,because it is also written in the lease agreement, and it is also written in the lease agreement that the management we have to pay is only 8 dollars and not 20 dollars. Can a landlord do so if we pay rent and do not violate any of the terms of the lease?
