What language should they be spoken to? to finally fix the problem of payment card readers "communication error "once and for all?!? !?! There is internet in the city center! It's not in the middle of the forest! Other companies don't have that problem, and if they did, they've solved it! Are you really that you can't already communicate how long it takes to fix one!
