Entered store- saw 2 customers with no mask. 1 sitting on the furniture texting and the other smelling candles (which she was not). Manager does not care and had a bad attitude, on top of which men are ok to follow women around the store arguing with them.- no response from mgr. Was told to stay home... Read more➤
I was offered a gift for filling out survey and had to pay shipping of $7.27 for a purse, which I did. Then I was charged $98.54 on my credit card. I then received a 2nd purse, just like original purse only different color. When I called on it I was told I had agreed to this... Read more➤
I called the store to let them know that in their parking lot close to the front there was a dog in a truck barking with its nose to the window trying to breath with windows cracked only an inch and seemed in distress. Even though it may be September, cars heat up…

Credit card service

This is the most ridiculous credit card experience ever. I requested a PIN, to use my cash advance, I go to use said PIN and it is declined. So I call they say there was a fraud alert on my card, but everything is cleared up and fine, please resume activity. SO I go to…

holiday rate

Time has passed, but the pain is not forgotten. I would like to share my experience - the experience of the May 4 holiday. Most recently, we started using Oakland Traffic Services due to the change of the company's location. So far, I have avoided using these expensive services as much as possible. I had purchased inexperienced working days on the same route. On the morning of May 4, getting on the bus, scanning your e-ticket confusion at a sharp beep, followed by a message on the e-ticket reader "Wrong period of time" or similar . I go to the driver to ask why my e-ticket was not accepted, and what I got from the shover pulled the ticket out of my hand and explained that there was nothing inside. I know clearly that the e-ticket was replenished a few days ago and the day before everything worked as it should. This offer gave me a printed leaflet, with my e-ticket top-up history, clearly marked with a monthly ticket and all time periods correctly. Confused will be obsessed and go to work. During the trip, I noticed that the e-ticket reader repeatedly hears a refusal signal when people tried to register their trip. At the end of the work day, before going home, I tried to find a reason in google why my e-ticket might not work if I bought a monthly work day ticket. After a few minutes of searching I found an RS article that mentioned that on holidays, i.e. sk. On May 4, those who have purchased a monthly weekday ticket will need to purchase a separate ticket for the trip. I was shocked that just because May 4th is a public holiday on the calendar, I have to buy a separate ticket. May 4 was a normal working day for me and I believe that by purchasing a working day for a month I am entitled to ride with him on all working days, even if it falls on a holiday. Knowing that I had the one-time e-ticket in my pocket, which has another trip, I went to the stop. Stops 2 teams of controllers, clearly understandthat intensified the use of those who are also unaware of the rules introduced by such a debate in Oakland Traffic. One group of controllers leaves, I keep waiting for my bus to systematically delay. After 20 minutes of standing, the bus finally arrives, I boarded the bus with another group of controllers who could see me clearly and whom I could clearly see at all 20 minutes spent at the stop. His head, convinced of the content of his one-time e-ticket, puts it to the reader, who is again banging, all over the salon, his sharp refusal. I understand that I have come somewhere, I am going to the driver to buy a ticket, but I see that I do not have cash and I am standing with a bank card in hand, waiting for the stop when I can address the driver. The next stop, unfortunately, didn't arrive so fast, how did the control come to me with the text: '' You can't buy a ticket with a card with a driver, but you can... with me for 20 dollars '' the value of the USD, which I pay on the spot and tears in my eyes, because I can not "digest" the shame that is allowed in our country. I felt like a criminal who had done nothing. I had always bought tickets without risking going green to avoid such situations, but as a result of a failed match that day, I was corrected.which I pay right there on the spot and tears in my eyes because I can't "digest" the shamefulness that is allowed in our country. I felt like a criminal who had done nothing. I had always bought tickets without risking going green to avoid such situations, but as a result of a failed match that day, I was corrected. The controllers kindly informed me with a smile that I would be allowed to get on the next bus with this quota and go safely, because no more penalties will be imposed on me. Shame, resentment and the fact that everything here is so dishonestly arranged, I can live and I continued on my way to crying, I did not want to fall into such shame again. I did not stay poorer due to the 20 dollars, and I do not blame the controllers, they just do their job and definitely get their share of each green, I blame Oakland Traffic for inhumane rules about which there was no information before the holiday. I believe that public transport users should be informed about upcoming changes in tariffs before such holidays. Not everyone visits the RS website regularly in search of tariff changes.
