Today I was in the origo cafe, I finished work late and run straight to you to get some coffee. I understand you're under 21, I came without 10 min. The employee could have said that they were already shut, or asked to choose another drink instead of showing with all her appearance that she was unhappy that I had come, and that my presence would speak to a colleague about it. I have worked in service for many years, and if a customer comes to me without a minute before closing, I still care and smile at him because the employees are the face of the company and give the first impression of the company.
