Never received our meals yesterday

Spoke with Hannah this morning and she was incredibly kind and caring. Will credit my money,cas this was my very first order.. And will look into why our food was not delivered yesterday. User’s recommendation: their customer service is great!!!!

There is no working with this company

They delivered spoiled food,after cancelling because of a delay. This was ok, they refunded my money. However, the deliveries have NEVER regularized to a predictable day, so I am always worried I will get un-fresh food. I received a shipment from Hime Chef today May 6, 2021 but I had canceled ny subscription in Ictibef 2020 and never renewed it so I don’t know why I revived a shipment and was charged for it.
