I was trying for overseas jobs or in Cruise when I recived mail and what’s app number from a person stating him self as a recruiting officer of this company….. Find attached copy of his documents. User’s recommendation: Plz try to stop this market of fraud people OR else many people Will get robbed.
WE have booked a cruise for July, 2021 to Norway. When will Holland America decide they are requiring a vaccine? When will they get a backbone and make a decision? Followup of booking

I was under the impression that the excursions were included in my booking, but your customer service corrected me by explaining I was only entitled to a discount. Thank you.

Poor service and attitude

I was at the SPA ritual "Spring charm". I got a chance to visit this spa as a gift at the beginning of the year (a great gift gift voucher) and finally decided to use it. The value of the ritual is 95 CAD! First of all, the spa is not flexible at all. This morning at 12:30 I had an appointment, I woke up in the morning with a huge sore throat and runny nose. Yes, I know that the procedure can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, but I think the administration could have met - I called before 9:00 in the morning and said that I was sick, I do not want to stick to the master and tm, but no, it is not possible to transfer. Ok, nothing to do, I'm going to the spa. According to the description on a great gift gift voucher and the spa ritual found on the website includes: a deep skin cleansing procedure with lilac extract scrub; full body mask and wrapping;relaxing full body massage; individual head and foot massage; after the procedure - a cup of delicious tea. What did I get in reality? So, of course, not everything was just bad - peeling was ok, there was no objection to it, the massage used warm oil, the room was warm - there is no objection to it either, but unfortunately it is also the only good. Full body massage - masseuse erika unfortunately does not know what a massage is! It was a caress and a stubborn attempt to force it somewhere for a while. Ok, I understand that body massage is a complete miss, lying down and very much looking forward to when there will be a foot and head massage. It takes two hours to peel, wrap and caress and I am told that I can take a shower and get dressed. I asked the masseuse, where is the head and foot massage? She replies that it is not included in the coupon. I answer that there is both - I carefully read all the info on the so-called coupon.The masseuse is going to find out if I'm right. Come and apologize that yes, I am right to lie down and I will have a head massage. I ask how with a foot massage? She replies that it was already:D I say when? :D During the so-called body massage, she ran 1x with her fingers on every foot and that was it. I realized that it was not worth arguing, I learned and waited when there would finally be something pleasant and my head would be massaged. And again, disappointment... Passed through the hair and scalp with your fingertips, pressed on the dice behind the ear and everything you can get up. You won't believe it, but after this still, I didn't mean to write a complaint, to tell everything in public, but what happened next made a point. I'm getting dressed, I'm going for a jacket. The administrator (Italian-speaking Italian, I don't know the word) offers tea or coffee, I refuse, I think I want to leave sooner. Then he tells me I deserve soap,can i choose a bar of soap. I told him that thank you, I don't need soap and that if I knew what the quality of the service was, it would never come. As far as I received this as a gift, I was interested in how much the service costs and its price is 95 CAD, which I think is a lot. Therefore, I told the administrator that I would not pay such money a second time - the price does not correspond to the quality. Jack smiled and said - you have a coupon bought at the beginning of the year for discounts of 35 CAD! Imagine? I tell him the service but one, what's the difference between buying at full price or discount? Then don't make promotions, but ensure quality! He emphasizes once again that I have only paid CA$ 35 and that I have no right to complain. Horror! Don't buy coupons or gift vouchers for this spa. Links to a great gift for this.
