Overdue debt AuMobile
Hello! Maybe someone has had a similar situation and how it has been resolved... The thing is that now AuMobile consultants have taken a walk around the apartments and "hang" people's services. One day such a consultant also visited my father, and yet he got his own. As Dad understands little of all these contractual obligations - signed. When I found out, we went to the AuMobile center to get rid of the obligations, we settled everything there and said that we would have to pay a contractual penalty + for the internet flash, which was also hung on my dad. (although the young man saw that the rural uncle was not already sitting at the computer where he was still using the Internet). The fine was 41 lats. Dad is low-income and unemployed - the bill came, he paid half, because there is really no money. Then the second part - 21 AU$ was postponed. It was not possible to pay for 2 months, we thought this month, but suddenly a letter from CreditReform floated in the meantime! and now he wants to pay - 42 AU$! We called AuMobile, talked that we would pay the remaining amount to AuMobile, but deal with the collection company yourself. Can such a fine be imposed for such a small amount? In addition, we have not entered into any agreements with the Credit Reform, why should I pay them if there is no connection with them?
