Attitude towards the customer
It was necessary to have a gift for supervision. I had seen the products of this company before, it seemed nice. So I decided to order a wooden word. I called the manufacturer, we talked about everything and promised to send me sketches. The sketches were sent later than promised. I think a lot of orders and not being able to do everything on time. When I chose my favorite option, I sent a reply email and paid the invoice that was sent with the sketches. The invoice amount was 28 dollars - 25 dollars per wooden word and 3 dollars for the delivery of FedEx. The order promised to be fulfilled within 10 days. It took 10 days, but the product was not shipped. Wait, jad will have 10 WORKING DAYS, also nothing. I called the manufacturer on Friday. In the answer I received that by Monday I would have already been returned to the courier. I waited on Monday, Tuesday,on Wednesday and so until next Monday, but nothing. I am a relatively patient person. I waited a long time and the day had come to watch. I called the Loftique boutique and said I'm going to visit tonight, but the gifts aren't, what should I do? The woman began to ask when I needed and where I lived, handing the courier (again?) To bring her to the city center. I replied that I do not live in the center, I have a child and it is not so easy to get to the center. He replied that he would bring it himself. Fortunately for her and unfortunately for me, my sister went to Melbourne that day and we talked to the seller that they would meet in Melbourne and hand over the product to my sister. The delivery fee of 3 dollars will be returned to my sister. So in the evening I met my sister, I received a nicely packed package, transferring the delivery fee to my account. I visited almost immediately. I gave the baby to my parents. I was looking forward to opening the gift. When the wooden word was taken out, it was not what I had imagined. But whatever it was, my parents liked it, so I was disappointed because I knew that these wooden words looked and smelled much better. I reported my frustration at the Loftique boutique to which I was told that the cutting technology had changed, and so on. (nowhere mentioned). Promised to return the money for the order. So I'm still waiting since the end of July, from time to time writing a text message for the Loftique boutique. Of course, I don't get the answers, it's exactly the same with the promised money. The attitude towards the customer is extremely indifferent. I would not have said anything if I had not been promised a return. This has now become a matter of principle for me.
