Customer service for hhgregg suck all they want to do is try and give away gift cards that you have to pay for, gift and pay don’t go tofether. Gift means free so why pay, I don’t want no free gift cards I just want to know about my warranty and what all it covers

3 items were ordered - Lcd Monitor; keyboard; Tv, waiting for several weeks. One of the goods should have been on 22.04, but only after my call on 27.04 it was announced that the delivery of the goods was being postponed. This was followed by a notice with a refund offer for all goods. In total, it has been waiting for exactly 20 days and no items have been received. We are currently working on a money back act, on the speed of money back and whether it is happening in this online store at all, I will supplement this complaint! P. S also did not receive any explanation for such action.
