The package was shipped on June 10, 2020, with tracking code ce869470717ee. When more than a week had passed and the packet had not yet arrived, I contacted the inquiry service, where I was told that there was no room for my packet in the parcel terminal. After 2 days, I contacted again and was told that the tracking code had been changed to xce869470717ee, but still the package had not been received and 12 days had passed (instead of 1-2 business days, as indicated, it should arrive). This pack was very important to me and it was sent out on time, in case it is delayed, but is it acceptable to wait 12 days?
