No refunds for non-received items!
I chose 2 items that were in stock in order to receive a computer chair and folding table (there were 4 pieces in stock at the time!) I placed 5 orders May-Delivery time was scheduled for May 8th. No news or commemoration on the day of delivery. I contact them via email and I only respond on May 11th and apologize for the delay-Sola delivery the next day. Yes, the courier is present the next day, but only a computer chair brings your miracle, but there is no table! Again, promises - over time I already see that all the tables in the warehouse are out. I write to them to return the money, because I do not want to wait for a new product until the middle of June. When answered when no-I insisted on continuing to write. The last time I was told on May 15 that the money would be returned, but they still are not and I no longer reply to and ignore several emails! Why other online stores can return your money around the clock without unnecessary problems, but this store always has some problems! I'm not asking for their money, but my own! You can see in the attached file that the last updated delivery date was May 13 - it is now May 21!
