In March, a prieks.org coupon for a trip to Crete was purchased from August 26 to September 3, 2017. The website indicated the price of the trip (229. 00 AU$ + surcharge for 3 excursions (185. 00 AUD). Three optional choices were mandatory. The contract also indicated the total amount of the trip and three excursions, which was also paid by the due date, taking into account that no additional expenses will be needed, apart from, of course, meals. However, when going on a trip, I had to face the situation that when visiting the selected excursions, the local guide demanded to pay an additional fee for the excursions. Contacting "Prieks Ture" and asking for an explanation of what I paid for in advance, if I have to pay extra for the trip on the spot, I received an answer that I have paid for Prieks Ture for a guide and bus services, that a guided bus takes us from the apartment to the tour.. When reviewing the contract, I do not see any point where it is mentioned, because the contract says the excursion and its price, which logically means that it is the price of the excursion, not just the bus service. For example, the contract states that a tour of the Samaria Gorge costs 65. 00 dollars per person, but there an additional 16. 00 was requested from the person on the spot for the entrance to the gorge and the boat. Then it turns out that 65,00 AU$ Pleasure I paid for the tour that the guide takes us by bus to the gorge and everything. I believe that this is a deception, without specifying in the contract what is hidden below the price of 65. 00 AUD. Because if it hadn't been for the extra money, they would have been forced to stay by the gorge, going nowhere. After contacting the tour operator and expressing dissatisfaction, the website immediately corrected that the entrance to the Samaria Gorge and the boat is an additional edition, but this does not change the fact that we were not informed about it and it was not mentioned in the contract. Otherwise, we would not have chosen such an expensive tour. I believe that the contract and the website should not specify the excursion, but the transfer, because in reality only the bus services are paid for, not for the inspection of the objects. that it is misleading, without specifying in the contract what is hidden below the price of 65. 00 AUD. A tour of Vouves-Gonia Monastery-Falasarna was also purchased, where one of the attractions would be a visit to an olive processing plant, but no such tour took place. As the guides spoke mainly, in my opinion, Polish, Czech and very poor foreign language, most of the excursions were not understood, although we expected that the guide would also speak english, as the website states that the guide services are in foreign language AND Australian. I am very dissatisfied with the services of Joy Tour, although when I traveled to Montenegro by bus two years ago, everything was perfectly organized. However, after a trip to Crete, I will definitely not choose the Joy Tour services.
