We thought we were getting a wonderful little trailer to camp in NOT at all . We have had nothing but trouble and the dealer Explore USA rejects my calls. We have been in it for 1 1/2 months. Love the design but hate the troubles. Everything is falling in on us. Hope this helps someone

water leaking into storage compartment from hot water heater, crack in checkvalve due to plastic water plumbing not secured. Trls bounce alot on the road, also kitchen sink fell down, only 2 fastiners used, I used 8 User’s recommendation: When you set up always check for leaks.
To me there is no customer service just keep getting run around when I been trying to stuff fixed on my trailer for over a year they keep coming up with accuses
