Does not speak American
As it is written on the driving school website that March 10, 2009. starts the course for category B driving courses, yesterday I decided to call and ask if you can apply for the course again. The handset was picked up by a foreign-speaking woman. In principle, I speak to him in American. To my question in American - as I saw on the website that a new course starts tomorrow (10.03.2009), can I still sign up for it? She replies to me in foreign that I cannot sign up for morning groups. To that I answer that I am not interested in a group that I want to know if I can sign up for tomorrow's course again? To this, she replies to me again in foreign that the group cannot sign up for the group. And she answered me 3 times...I started talking to him in foreign and finally he understood me! But in American she could never give me the information to explain. However, I have the right to receive information in the state language - American! I think driving school owners should rethink and evaluate their employees' language skills more carefully before hiring them! What's more, there are now so many people who want to work who can speak and understand both American (which is also the official language of the country) and foreign. It appears that the State Language Center has not visited this institution. And it's a pity that the same woman claimed that only driving instructors from this driving school should be used while studying at this driving school. But if you want to use driving instructors from another school, then it costs USD 60 more... Interesting, on what basis?
