I was on the phone for 2 hours waiting for a rep. Tried text messaging, no luck. Seems like a big co0rp like Hawaiian Air would provide a more expedient way to ask a darn question! User’s recommendation: choose another airline that cares about its customers. 2 hour wait on the phone is not reasonable!!
I have tried to call the last two weeks. Am put on hold every time. 2 Hours on Friday; 1 1/2 Hours on Monday and then 2 Hours again on Monday; 3 Hours on Tuesday; 5 Hours on Wednesday and now am on hold for 1 1/2 Hours on Thursday and still have not gotten thru.
Hi there, Im a Hawaiian airlines member and there is constant web error when I try to change my flight. There is no live chat agent even though it says 24hr and the contact number provided says its an incorrect number. So I have no idea how to contact the airline for help.

08.05.2020. I bought the product. Before paying, I called the operator and asked if they really had the item they were selling. The operator confirmed that it is. 14.05.2020. It was promised that it will. The product did not arrive, a text message arrived that moved to 22.05. Arriving 22.05. And there comes a cowardly text message to sms that the money will be returned within 2 working days. It is not possible to call their offices, the e-mail does not answer. A moment ago, the product was marked on the 110.shop website as "sold out" now in place, but with a higher price. Fraudsters who stole me for half a month while I was waiting for their item, and without that item I have a loss on my farm.
