I don’t really have too many complaints I feel the company overall is great I just think if the customer ask for there rent to start on the 15 th of the month they should make accommodations for the tenant because not everybody get paid on or around the first of the month

Took over a month to get a refund from my deposit!! Not only that they put stipulation on my name after speaking to them about my rent being late.They still owe me for my water bill. DUNIA is a real work of art i cant belive she even have a job.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I WAS WITHOUT AC FOR THREE WEEKS, DIDNT HAVE ANY WATER FOR FOUR DAYS , MY SHOWER DOORS FELL NO ONE FIXED THAT – THEY WERE STILL BROKEN THE DAY I LEFT. THIS PLACE HAS NO DESIRE IN BEING A TRUE LANDLORD, THEYRE ONLY THERE TO COLLECT THE MONEY FROM…
They never complete work orders on time and never keep their promise. THEY declared a emergency for our work orders and has still not come by the house. But they are very quick with collecting rent and applying late fees.
