Make sure no construction is going on.

Stayed from Feb 12- Feb 16. Half the casino was tore up to replace the carpet. Didn’t spend much time there for that reason. Feel like I should have been comped half my stay.

Complaint on room reservation

I don’t feel as though they treated me fair the first room (4015)was near the elevator and very noisy. Then the second room was just as worse there were broken items in the shower, the base board was coming from the wall really ragged no one should even be given the room (9033). Don’t believe that they will accommodate you when they are unable to fulfill your reservation.

12/31/2019, New Years Eve. I had a reservation to check in at 3am after traveling for 13 hours. A reservation that I made weeks in advance. I did arrive a little early ( 3.5 hours) but even at my scheduled time of arrival they would not let me check in until 9 hours after my check in... Read more➤
