Beaten and assaulted

Your security beat me so bad I can barely move all my marks show I was on face and yet they still kicked me and beat all because I found a stranger in my room at the end of the night and I said I wanted to deal with the police because the manage was t helpful.... Read more➤

Horrible treatment by staff

Room not clean with mold, rude manager stayed in smoking handicap room never got cleaned. No good service. Manager treat to call security on after asking for room changed. He was nasty even to his workers. We ended staying in thw smoking room for the weekend. User’s recommendation: Never again.

Denied free nights stay with rewards at check-in. It’s a scam.

I was offered a free night stay on June 6th, 2021 and was told after already making the reservation they can only give out a couple a night. Its a complete scam. User’s recommendation: Don’t make offers that are false.
