The line on the spool keeps breaking I bought this product through harbor freight in Bridgeport and is under warranty so how can I get this problem resolved

If you have a Smart ID, but you exchange your smart device for another, new smart device, then in order to get a SmartID again, you have to go to a bank branch and take the time to re-register your new smart phone. application and thus work.
