Can’t find replacement parts

I have been looking for a replacement remote and cannot find it. There are some universal remotes but not with the controls that came with the fan User’s recommendation: Make sure you look at replacement parts before you buy.

Received the wrong remote receiver for my Harbor Breeze ceiling fan

Just got sent the wrong remote receivers for my two ceiling fans. Gave the item number and model number and received the wrong receivers. The ones i need are round and go around the center pipe. The ones i received are rectangular.

Fans stopped working

Bad fan trued reprogramming remote Bought a new remote it doesnt work either so we have a bad fan I have another fan exactly like it mounted 10 ft. Away and it works fine User’s recommendation: Buy a different brand fan.
