To please her daughter on the day of her name, we ordered a table at Shogun Restaurant over the phone. Arriving at the restaurant, we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise - at the entrance door of the casino "Olympic" employees, my daughter and her friend were asked to present identity documents. They based their claim on the fact that the restaurant is located on the casino premises and each entrant must present documents. Both my daughter and her friend are over 21 years old and, of course, I have been an adult for a long time. As the daughter was the only one with a student ID, the casino staff did not let us go to the restaurant and the joy of the holiday was spoiled. It must be said that when accepting an order by phone (it was necessary to call twice to specify the time of the order),there was no mention of having to bring documents to the restaurant. This fact cannot be found in restaurant ads either. It would only be fair to visitors if it was known in advance.
