Not favorable of the company supposedly providing warranty coverage for products purchased at Hanks.

The company providing warranty coverage said the defective remote on recliner is not covered. Apparently just a way to inflate price of products. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase the warranty coverage. Waste of money.

Haven’t got our furniture in the manner they agreed on.

Ordered couches in December, were told 8-10 weeks, it’s now been 12 weeks and can’t get an answer from anyone at hanks. We keep getting the run around.
