Hello, I recently purchased an O-card mobile internet kit, installed everything and changed the original tariff plan before using the internet - WEEK to tariff plan MEGABAITS. The instructions for use state that the change of tariff plans is free of charge. The package also included a 4 AUD loan. I started using the Internet with the tariff plan MEGABAITS - the first Internet use with 2 interruptions [modem was disconnected both times after using the Internet] lasted a total of ~ 5-8 minutes, during which I looked at ~ 10 replies, read some e-mails and messages. After all this, an SMS was sent stating that the entire card credit worth AUD 4 has been spent and a request to top up the account. After this incident, I called the AuMobile 24-hour info center, where it was explained to me that the fault could be the high resolution of the computer or some other connections while using the Internet. The operator suggested changing the connection type by switching to the Tariff plan Internet 7 or 5. Yes, they were only 4 AU$ and can top up the credit, but where is the guarantee that again some news / e-mails and photos will not deduct the next credit? Of course, it is easier to switch to connection tariffs, but isn't there such a scam and fraud that you just have to change tariff plans, but the service is not fully provided? I have a question - how is it possible to spend AUD 4 in ~ 8 minutes only by looking at pictures and reading e-mails, if the MEGABAITA fee per day is AUD 0. 03 sant. par Mb? No sms were sent to AuMobile or other networks. It should be noted that I do not have a latest generation computer with a very high screen resolution, but a standard laptop. Also, no movies / music were downloaded while using the Internet (within 5 ~ 8 minutes). Maybe it is possible to see the exact statement - which photo, e-mail or message was worth AUD 4? If an error turns out to be in the AuMobile system, is it possible that 4 AU$ [or less looking back at the time spent on the Internet] will be credited back? I am looking for some competent opinion, not silly texts. Thanks!
