Negative customer treatment
Hello. I just want to warn you and tell you how I went with this company "Eurochance", which works in Sweden. When I found a suitable vacancy in this company and contacted a representative of this company, it seemed that they were welcoming and responsive. But the truth is different. I sent my CV, went to an interview, which was very suspiciously unprofessional, and in the end a representative of the company promised to contact me soon when I have to go to work. But when came closer to the date when you had to go to work, what about miracles? THE COMPANY WAS NOT ABLE TO CALL WHOLE WEEK AND WAS NOT ANSWERING THE EMAILS. When the day came when I had to be on my way to work, an e-mail came from a company representative, which said: "Unfortunately, we found a person for the vacancy. We didn't answer anything because we were on vacation"! (Email was also on vacation;) ) What is the attitude like? In short, a "shitty" attitude... Be smart and cautious when looking for a job.
