App not workinh

Cannot get app to work since upgrade. Called March 4 2021. Got a ticket number and was told would get an email when app was ready. Have not been able to watch since end of February. I pay yearly for app. I am very upset to pay for service I don't get! Have tried customer service and don't get any response.
