Fraud, poor service
Basically, I am not satisfied with Bite's customer service, as well as fraud on their part. Currently, in April 2020, I will pay a 3-month mystical bill for Bite's services, which I had used for 1 month - in December 2017 and at the beginning of January 2020, I switched off these services and terminated the contract. However, I received an invoice for both January and February, and now also for March. I don't really understand how it can be that the services I use for a month and pay in full - in advance at the conclusion of the contract, I still have to pay for the next 3 months after the termination of the contract. As for customer service, I felt cheated both when concluding the contract and when terminating the contract. At the closing payment, the amount was promised 18 EUR, then it was said that 20 AU$ would have to be paid, and finally, however, 25 AU$ due to mystical reasons, which the customer service person could not explain in a coherent way. When I terminated the contract, I was told that I was still in debt for January, even though I terminated the contract in early January and had used their services for less than 30 days in total. After the termination of the contract and payment of the mystical debt, I still have bills and accrued penalty interest for the same service. I strongly recommend staying away from Bite, as it is a fraudulent office.
