Poor service
I returned the phone (Sony XZ Premium) to the PAID service, the phone had fallen on the asphalt, slipped out of hand... A small crack in the screen and touch work incorrectly. I understood how there will be no warranty repair (I didn't expect that either), and I went to LMT to hand over the phone for paid repair, on 25.07.2020 toll phone, LMT jack said: "Will be ready in an average of two weeks". OK! :) To go, the phone is already expensive and the screen change seemed to correspond to its price 163 CA$ + data storage 10 CAD. 27 days have passed, there are no calls or any news about the status of the smartphone. Just one phrase from LMT - waiting for details. (TSC website itself concept open and view the condition of the equipment...) I looked at the ebay parts price list + shipping.. lcd display + digitaizer, where you can come around 120e in 7 days :) When calling the TSC service, the employee answered culturally only what he could, but did not give guarantees. Then the question is:D Why does paid service take longer than warranty (have had experience with other equipment)? :D Why give unnecessary hope to the customer? I believe that Brooks LMT (Rigas iela 9) has good employees, but the attitude of one lady is deplorable, it is not possible to give a specific answer about the condition of the smartphone, it is difficult to call the service. I understand how it was more similar to hand over the phone to a cantor, who changed the screen on a more serious level. Information about what is happening and the device in brief The device was purchased on 04.07.2020 in LMT Smiltene Slipped out of hands, the screen broke 25.07.2020 in Brooks Submitted for repair in LMT customer service center 25.07.2020 Rigas iela 9, Brooks paid 10.89 CA$ for data storage Device Sony Xperia XZ Premium G8141 799 CA$ worth I am not an instigator, but where the warranty as a service TSC phone parts are sent from ebay, and deceive customers with astronomical prices on the pretext that parts are delayed from authorized suppliers?
