Attitude and more
I bought a Samsung R40 laptop at this store. Let's start with the fact that the original Windows Vista Home Premium must come with this computer. this store only offered Home basic. Well, that would be a trifle, because there was a possibility to give up the computer when you found out. But the sequel is a nightmare. As soon as I turned on the computer for the first time, just a month later, completely out of the blue air, it collapsed. And it was necessary to reinstall it using the provided system recovery disk. When I finally succeeded, only asked to enter the registration number. It is located on the computer sticker. This registration code was unfortunately not valid.Respectively, on the sticker was specifically indicated incorrect code, as a result I had to bring it to the store, where I looked at me as mentally deficient, in a contemptuous tone tried to impress that I obviously do not understand anything and took the computer away for half an hour at all. When it was brought back, the access code was already entered and 30 USD was ripped from me. Hell with it! What is it about the nightmare that people have to chatter in this? I doubt it is legal to stick invalid registration numbers, just keeping the right one in the store! Public FUI for this store, I will never have my feet there again in my life and the management of the store could be grateful that I did not turn to lawyers for such mockery!
