Alarm going off and no call back from security company to make sure everything and everyone is ok

We have our home security with GUARDIAN HOME SECURITY, after sending an alarm to our home at 11:38 pm for garage door tampering they did not call back to our home to make Sure everyone and everything was safe and ok. Any time the alarm goes off THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO CALL…
