The thing is that the new Telstra FREE tariff does not have any FREE CHARGES!, if the example bill is agreed to be 1Ls, the payment will be 7. 7Ls or so, because the minimum amount is 7. 7Ls per month. Hmm, you want to go to the tariff plan, which charges for the connection and still, 7. 7 dollars per month, even if you have agreed less!
