Refund for a missed trip

I and my travel companion applied for a trip to Bavarian castles from 16 August. The trip was canceled because there were not enough riders. As we did not choose another trip, we asked for a refund in writing. And then it started! Both I and my travel companion call for a pleasure tour. It is promised that you will immediately go to the accounts to submit our application. Its all the time. We will not rest. If there is no money in my account tomorrow morning, I will turn to other instances. Don't like to be fooled. Other times I wouldn't want to be associated with this company anymore. I don't recommend it to others either.
