gct cancelled my trip & ins. they refused to refund my money (7,647), they offered to reserve me a space on same trip departing MAY 2021. Or I can rebook another trip by 12-31-2020. this is unacceptable, their policy is no cash refund, even when they cancel. User’s recommendation: get other travel insurance.
