Poor service

Hello, Today there was a very unpleasant situation with ScandiBank services. When placing a large amount of money in an ATM, the machine took the amount of money but did not transfer it to the account. Immediately called the staff of ScandiBank and even went to the bank, but the employee even allowed to shout to cover the money so I need immediately I take her unnatural and wait for 2 weeks until it will be «That thing. After which you may not return at all. In my opinion, this is fraud and the beating of people. And, in my opinion, the bank's employees should act immediately to save the situation and retain customers.
