My mum first time used grab to order food and paid via my bank card, but the food was not delivered and no cancellation and refund of fee was made. She felt cheated and scared to use your app to order food, please investigate and advise what is going on?
My grab driver didnt send my food to the location that i have pin point. The location didnt show up correctly for the driver. Ended up i need to pay more. I hve tried to call help centre but no one pick up my phone. Very bad service given to solve this matter
