poor service
The pictures are of poor quality. The website is incomprehensible. Have to wait a long time for pictures. I ordered the pictures once by marking the order on the page-garden. Then, after the photo shoot, we were given leaflets stating that we had to pay online. I tried to place an order three times on the website. and samksaja (it wasn't cheap), in the end I didn't get any or the other set of pictures, because it turns out that I hadn't read the rules (somewhere by the way). I called them and they explained to me that I had paid for the digital pictures. I asked if I still can't get the pictures in printed form, I was told that they have many other orders and they do not have time to mess with me. I asked eagerly to find another option, but again I was kindly refused to RECEIVE IT WITH THE TEXT YOU ORDERED. Where is the problem for them to take pictures and send them? I was even willing to pay again, but they probably have a lot of orders and one more or less they don't play a role. And your exaggerated funny answers online to other complaints, unfortunately, do not solve your problems with dissatisfied customers. And no, I'm not one of your competitors, I'm just the mother of a child who was left with pictures of her child.
