Pan is a piece of ***

So many of us have been ripped off. The pan surface is so burnt from bacon that i cannot clean it! DON’T buy anything from Gotham! User’s recommendation: Stay away from Gotham!

Never received our complimentary grill for our smokeless barbecue.

We ordered a smokeless barbecue from Gotham Steel about 4 months ago and when it arrived it was supposed to include a free grille. Junk Pans Do NOT Waste your Money

Problem with pots. Very disappointed sorry

Called quite a few times all representatives were polite but I continue to get no satisfaction. Was given the phone number from corporate office and am awaiting a return call. This is no way to treat a consumer.
