Worst customer service and support ever. If you plan to travel outside of United States you will not get any data that google fi promises you or charges you for and you will not be able to get anything fixed. They could care less. I am out of the country for 9 days and 0 data service.
Brandon would not help me get to the location history timeline, nor would he assist me in talking with someone who could help. I asked him if there was someone at Google that could assist me. I am very disappointed in his service and avoidance of my questions!

Why does the eSIM card repeatedly stop working on my Pixel 4a/5g? This is very inconvenient while traveling and without Wi Fi. My travels have been all within the US, I would not trust this phone out of the US. User’s recommendation: eSIM card is unreliable.
It use to work in certain areas but now I have to use wi fi to do anything.. I have paid my bill what’s wrong? User’s recommendation: Do not get the service.
