Highly unresponsive attitude

I made a booking through their mobile app and money was debited from account and no bookingID generated and no confirmation from travel operator as well. I tried to reach the help desk of GoiBibo and they made my life miserable with worst service I’ve ever experienced User’s recommendation: I would definitely uninstall this.

Refund of amount against flight cancellation.

I had done booking on 30/04/2021 and my ticket get cancelled at the time of booking due to cancellation of flight and I didn’t received my payments back yet, Ref No. [protected].
