No service provided and no refund issued

We booked cab from Delhi to destination . Driver ran away as he did not had papers when he was stopped on airport entry point. We had to do alternate travel arrangements with much difficulty . Now we are trying to contact customer care where bot disconnects call saying we cannot raise any query against the booking.... Read more➤
